The Debt Collection Calls system integrates with X-on's PhonePresence Call Centre facility which can link agents in multiple locations into a cohesive and highly efficient call centre.

Automated Payment System - Card By Phone

Additionally debtors can elect to be connected with the X-on automated payment system. Card By Phone can take credit and debit card details over the phone, without the intervention of an agent, process and deliver the payment with confirmation to your systems.

Once the payment transaction is complete, data collected from the debtor can be transmitted to your systems via Email, Fax or HTTP.

The advantages of an automated payment are anonymity for the debtor, and reduced per transaction costs for the agency compared with other methods such as use of call centre agents.
